This worship experience is intended to form a community dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with other people and Jesus Christ.  

So, what can you expect from this Worship Experience? Anything! Well, maybe NOT anything, but we hope to use this worship time as a lab that will draw us closer to Jesus Christ, regardless of where we started or where we are now. We hope to use art, music, drama, silence, candles and a combination of ancient, modern and post-modern ideas to help us on our faith journey.  We are always looking for new people to help us share the Word and Experience of the Gospel in new ways.

It is not our intention to assume anything about you or your faith journey. We will not try to "box you in" as we explore last steps, missed steps or next steps on our journey of faith. We want to give you as much room as you need as you search for answers. Let's covenant to journey together, as we can, agreeing OR disagreeing, but doing both with respect and love.

Some of us are stubborn traditionalists; love us for adding a sense of our roots to the mix. Some of us are just as stubbornly liberal; love us for imagining what might be. Some of us might be agnostic or atheists or rebel against any labels at all; love us as we are, savoring what we can bring to the dialog, knowing we will challenge easy answers and intellectual laziness. True relationships can’t begin until labeling STOPS!

The Mid-Week Service was created to aid travelers on a faith journey. We are headed someplace: and THIS IS NOT IT! For Christians, this someplace is a journey to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. If you are not a Christian, that's okay, we won't try and brainwash you or force you to believe as we do. Together we can seek answers to the difficult questions that all of us must face. And, hopefully, we will arrive together!
