Who We Are

The Operational Management Team (OMT)  is responsible for establishing overall church policy. It is composed of the Chairs of the Vision Leadership Team (VLT), Trustees, Staff-Parish, Finance, Memorials, plus the Lay Leader, the pastors, church treasurer, church administrator, and three at-large members.

What We Do

We are responsible for operating and capital budget approvals, coordinating major programming events and ministries and receiving and approving special reports. Examples of such special report approvals include adding a third worship service, hiring or repurposing staff, annual planning event, etc. While meetings are primarily for information exchange and program coordination, Robert’s Rules of Order are followed for making motions on key recommendations from OMT committees and members.

The OMT is chaired by a member of St. Andrew, typically for a 2-year term. The Chair is responsible for maintaining communication and coordination among the various committees and ministries associated with the OMT and assisting with the implementation of OMT policies and decisions.

When We Meet

The OMT typically meets four times per year.
