This ministry hosts a variety of fitness activities that promote our physical health, such as a Saturday morning exercise group, a summer cycling series, or even soccer clinics for young kids. We are not in the business of creating star athletes, but we love to laugh, share each other's company, and build healthy habits.
You don't need to worry about looking foolish (we all know that Zumba can make anybody look silly!), but can just enjoy the chance to try new activities that develop both our strength and our spirits. We are always happy to have newcomers and folks who want to check out our program.
How It Works
The Saturday morning exercise group is moving outdoors to the Celery Bog Nature area beginning on April 18. Instead of hosting a cardio class at church, this group will enjoy the West Lafayette trail system for about an hour. We walk or jog or stroll around the bog on the well-maintained trails. This group is for everyone--strollers and dogs and children on bicycles are all welcome! We meet at 9:00 am at the black frog and cattail play area. Come join us!
