Christmas can be a season filled with fun holiday gatherings, family reunions, and the wonder of children; but it can also be a difficult time of year for those of us who experience hardship of any kind. Many struggle with things such as loneliness, missing a loved one who has died, financial difficulties, being new in a community, or health issues. The Longest Night services recognizes the challenges that the holidays can present and offers comfort and hope in the midst of stress.
