As a continuing community service project of St. Andrew and the Missions Committee, our church helps provide an evening meal for Lafayette Urban Ministry’s (LUM) overnight shelter guests six times a year. St. Andrew is scheduled to provide meals on Sunday, October 9 and Sunday, December 11. 

An individual, a family, and/or church group are invited to volunteer to provide the meal. A simple meal, such as soup or stew is requested for approximately 44 people. Full guidelines are available on LUM's website.

Meals are to be delivered to the LUM Shelter on 4th Street between 8-9 p.m. Contact Peggy Hoover for more information or to volunteer.
