St. Andrew will host the Puritan Coney Island Express food truck on August 26 from 4-7 pm. Lou Chrissikos used to own and operate 5th Street Coney Island, downtown Lafayette. Gary Dowell’s Puritan Coney Island Express is the real deal – Lou’s recipe under Gary’s ownership. Come grab some dinner and enjoy it in the picnic shelter!
