Thank you so much for volunteering to work with minors at St. Andrew! All volunteers must complete Safe Sanctuaries training and sign the attached form. You will be asked to read this document and sign it annually going forward.
All volunteers 18 and older must complete a background check or provide proof of a background check from another organization (most school volunteers will have one of these.) You may complete this form and drop it off at the church office, send it through the mail, or there are extra forms and envelopes in Danielle's box.
